1. Who we are

gyftstore.in ("GyftStore", "we") sells the GyftStore Rakhi Hamper directly to customers in India. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
• Current pricing: ₹499 (online payment).
• An order is confirmed when payment succeeds.
• We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unserviceable pincodes; amounts paid are refunded in full.

3. Delivery

Per our Shipping Policy — free shipping via Delhivery, typically 4–10 days.

4. Refunds & cancellations

Per our Refund & Cancellation Policy — all sales are final. Every hamper is customised and made to order for the buyer, so returns, refunds, and replacements are not offered, and orders cannot be cancelled once packed or dispatched. For any order issue, contact us on WhatsApp.

5. Product disclaimer

The GyftStore Rakhi Hamper is a festive gift hamper, not a medical or therapeutic product. It contains fashion accessories, imitation jewellery and cosmetics (lip gloss, and nail paint in the Small Hamper), plus one chocolate that may contain milk, soy and traces of nuts. Imitation jewellery may not suit sensitive skin; patch-test cosmetics before use, check with the recipient for allergies before gifting, and consume the chocolate by the best-before date printed on the pack. Watch and jewellery items are fashion pieces, not precious metal.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
