What we collect

• Order details: name, phone number, delivery address, and pincode — collected at checkout to fulfil your order and send delivery updates.
• Payment: online payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details — we store only the payment reference ID and amount.
• Phone number: your number is used for order confirmation, delivery coordination, and order-related support.

How we use your data

• To process, ship, and support your order (shared with our courier partner Delhivery for delivery).
• To contact you about your order on phone, SMS, or WhatsApp — including if a checkout was left incomplete.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above (Razorpay, Delhivery, Meta, Google) and only as needed for the purposes described.

Data retention & your rights

Order records are retained as required for accounting and order support. You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by messaging us on WhatsApp.
